'Little' Fred Woodhouse

Left:
Fred Woodhouse  with his wife Julia
(nèe Rudd),  eldest son Geoffrey in the RAF,  Pauline, Mary and Robert.

Fred was nicknamed 'Little Fred' because there were two Fred Woodhouses  in the village.

They were no relation. The (very) big Fred was nicknamed 'Hoss' and was a Policemen, for a time in the London metropolitan force.
