Esther Susanna Cooke née Summers
|
In this family group brought together at the funeral of
George William Cooke, Esther is 2nd from the right of those seated. Now
at last Winnie LeMonnier, granddaughter of Esther, has emailed all their
names:
back row left to right: Stephen,
Sophie, Jane, George, Rachel, Winnie, Robin.front row left to right: Selina, Edith, Esther, Priscilla. George (in the back row) is GEORGE Cooke's son by his first marriage, and Winnie is Isaac's wife. Isaac and Marshall are not present, probably away at the war. The youngest son David was killed in the war in 1918, the same year that his father died. |
